SMPS worked for Freddie Mac to develop uniform standard legal documents for subordinate down payment assistance loans. Fannie Mae joined the project, and the documents are now available on the GSE web sites. Contact us if you need program specific Notes or Security Instruments.

Conducted and end-to-end review of the business processes to validate that all are fully documented, and accurately reflect the current state of construction.
